In at the U, Waiting for the Y.

I think the title about sums it up. We heard from the University of Utah two weeks ago that Brett had been accepted as a transfer student. We were excited to know that we would be staying here and that we could move forward with a few aspects of our lives. Now, he has two friends who applied for transfer at Brigham Young University and were told no. So, we wait.

There are a couple of pros for going to the Y over the U.....

1. Cost, 10K cheaper a year in tuition.

2. J-Dogs. For those of you who don't know what this is, it is a hot dog joint my husband LOVES. (MAYBE I should put this on the con list: cholesterol and weight gain...)

3. ranked a little higher

4. Brett has always been a bigger Y fan

CONS:

1. No summer school, would have to go somewhere else like the U.

There you have it. Hopefully SOON more will be known.

Excited to Graduate

I can't believe P is ready to move on to Kindergarten. She is so ready and has been counting down the days for months now. I always just tell her 100 days to make it easy on all of us!
She loved the preschool she went to. Her teachers were so cute (thanks Ms. Amy and Ms. Lisa!). It was nice because it was so close and she got to go with so many of her friends. They had a cute little program that P rememered to smile big for.
